Brighton Marina Open Water Swim 2014

This year sees the debut of the Brighton Marina Open Water Swim.

This Sunday 7 September at 11am there will be a choice of 2km or 500m open water swim.

The event takes place inside the controlled water of Brighton Marina, in the inner harbour, meaning that it is guaranteed to take place no matter what the weather brings.  The inner harbour has been home to the Brighton Marina Triathlon for many years.

The 2km swim will consist of four 500m lengths and the 500m swim will consist of two 250m lengths. There will be wetsuit and non wetsuit categories as well as team categories to give all swimmers the chance to compete, no matter what your preference.

We will be sending out event information towards the end of the week. This will let you know about the event itself plus travelling information.

Currently entries are full with no entries on the day, however, you are welcome to turn up and watch and maybe get inspired for next year!
